TO do：

要做的：

1.Talk to the examiner -- you&#;ll feel more involved in the conversation。

与考官交谈——你会感到更能融入谈话。

2.Listen carefully to the questions asked so that you can respond accordingly。

仔细听你被问到的问题，这样你的答案才有相关性。

3.Answer the questions you&#;re asked with some detail so that your answers are long enough。

回答问题的时候要注意细节，这样你的答案才会足够长。

4.Practise speaking for 2 minutes for the long turn in Part 2。

练习2分钟口语，准备第二部分的长对话。

5.Use the preparation time in Part 2 to think about what is written on the card。

充分利用第二部分的准备时间来考虑主题。

6.Use the instructions and prompts on the card in Part 2 to help you to organise your long turn。

7.Practise ways of delaying answers to give yourself time to think in Part 3。

NOT to do：

1. Don&#;t learn answers by heart。

不要背答案。

2. Don&#;t give very short answers except when the examiner interrupts you at the end of the 2 minutes in Part 2。At this point the examiner needs to move on to Part 3 of the test and only expects a short answer to his/her questions。

3.Don&#;t talk about something different from what&#;s on the card in Part 2。

4.Don&#;t worry if the examiner stops you in Part 2。It means you have spoken enough, and s/he has to keep to the timing of the test。
