In the early stage of the market economic development, the appearance of some evil phenomena is not surprising. But we should not sit passively by and let it run rampant. However, on balance, for a leader to manage the team well, being honest is not enough for the absolutely honest to others would hurt their feelings. To begin with, it is irrational for us to take it for granted that young students who are obedient and loyal to teachers are already competent to guide other students in school.
